The production and processing flow of the heavy roller chain mainly comprise several steps such as material selection, blanking, hot chain weaving, shot blasting treatment, welding and deburring, heat treatment and the like.

1. The first step in production is the selection of raw materials. Now the manufacturing process must be carried out in strict accordance with the national standard. The selection of raw materials must meet the requirements of the national standard in order to ensure the quality of the heavy roller chain for heavy-duty transmission.

2. After the raw materials are selected, the stock can be cut off. During cutting off, the length of the stock is strictly required. Under normal circumstances, the error should be controlled within a certain range.

3, the next step is to carry out hot chain knitting, here to learn to correctly operate the chain knitting equipment, pay special attention to the bar heating temperature control work, to wait until the temperature reaches the specified value, can send the bar to the chain knitting machine for chain knitting processing.

4. After the bar is bent to the specified size by the chain knitting machine, shot blasting can be carried out. The shot blasting is mainly to remove oxide scale and ensure the conductive performance of the link during welding.

5. Next, it is necessary to carry out welding to remove burrs. Welding shall be carried out on the welding equipment first. After welding, there shall be a fixed pressure maintaining time before the burrs can be removed, the i.e. single tool shall be used to remove burrs to keep the welding place smooth.

6. After this step, the following process is relatively simple: heat treatment, stretching correction, and warehousing inspection.
